Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders in the online shop of Bitte im Admin ausfüllen (“Elchips”, “we”). Our provider details are in the legal notice.

2. Conclusion of contract

The product displays in the shop are not binding. By clicking the payment button you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email, which happens after successful payment.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added; they depend on the weight of the order and are shown before payment (see Shipping).

4. Delivery

We ship from Sweden with PostNord to the countries offered in the shop. In Germany a PostNord delivery partner delivers the parcel. Once the goods have been shipped you receive an email with the tracking number. If an item is no longer available we will inform you immediately and refund any amount already paid.

5. Payment

Payment is made via PayPal (also by card without a PayPal account, where PayPal offers this). PayPal's terms apply in addition.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are in the information on the right of withdrawal.

7. Defects and best-before date

The statutory warranty rights apply. The food has a best-before date printed on the packaging. Please report transport damage or defects as soon as possible by email to hallo@elchips.de.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. In case of slight negligence in breaching essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Applicable law

The law of the country in which we are based applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you live remain unaffected.
